Terms of Service

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe an account has been compromised. Accounts are issued per user; do not share a single login across multiple people.

Accounts may be created for you automatically after a purchase, with credentials sent to the email address supplied at checkout. Keep that address current — it is how we send billing and security notices.

Plans are billed monthly in advance unless stated otherwise at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of searches, lead results and enrichments. These are hard caps: when an allowance is used up, further searches pause until the allowance resets at the start of your next billing period or you upgrade.

Unused allowance does not roll over. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Prices may change. We will give notice before a price change affects a renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

Lead data is compiled from third-party data providers and publicly available business sources. We do not guarantee that any record is accurate, current, complete or deliverable, and lead volumes and match rates vary by industry and location.

You are solely responsible for how you contact the businesses and people you find here, and for complying with the marketing, email, calling and data-protection laws that apply to you — including obtaining any consent those laws require and honouring opt-out requests. Do not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive or harassing messages, to scrape or resell bulk data outside the intended product, to reverse engineer the platform, or to overload or interfere with it.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section, that puts our data providers or infrastructure at risk, or that is used for unlawful activity.

The service integrates with third parties such as GoHighLevel for CRM delivery, payment processors for billing and data providers for lead sourcing. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing or decisions. This service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by GoHighLevel.

If your plan includes reseller or white-label rights, you may present the software under your own brand, domain and pricing, and issue accounts to your own customers within the seat and pooled allowance limits of your plan. You remain responsible for your customers' use of the service, for your own customer support, refunds and billing arrangements with them, and for the accuracy of the claims you make when selling it.

You may not sublicense, resell or redistribute the underlying software itself outside the account structure the platform provides.

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be added, changed or removed as the product develops. Planned maintenance and third-party outages can affect availability.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or indirect or consequential losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You can cancel at any time from the billing page. We may suspend or close an account for non-payment or for a breach of these terms. On termination your access ends and stored lead data associated with the account may be deleted after a short grace period — export anything you need first.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
